EIL has been serving the General Engineering, Oil and Gas Sector and marine sector for more than 30 years.

Emirates Industrial Laboratory is a versatile organization providing wide range of high quality Field inspection and Technical services primarily to Oil and Gas industries along with marine and other engineering sectors. It is a facility unique in Middle East, where solutions to your difficult Quality related problems in a variety of disciplines are found.

Some of the major activities include Non-destructive Testing (Conventional & Specialized), cost effective & time saving Rope Access techniques to access difficult to access locations. Fitness For Service, Integrity Assessment for remaining Life Assessment of Plants, Metallurgical Evaluation, Physical Testing, , RBI, Corrosion Survey, Chemical Analysis (metals, waste water, potable water, gases, scales etc), Oil & Fuel Testing, Heat Treatment, Welding Inspection and full spectrum of Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions.

EIL’s quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2008 by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, HSE System to ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance and has the unique distinction of possessing approvals by several major International Classification societies such as LRS, ABS, GL, BV, NK, RINA & DNV for carrying out ultrasonic thickness survey of ship structures. EIL Laboratory’s Mechanical testing division is accredited to ISO 17025. The management and section supervisors welcome all the customers to discuss their requirements for testing, analysis or quality control services and thereby provide long-term reliable solutions to them.
