Integrity & Fitness For Services (FFS):

Pipe line integrity Management:

The Management to Pipe line integrity includes
▸ Improve pipeline integrity.
▸ Maximize the reliable services lifetime of critical pipelines.
▸ Identify failure risks, target maintenance & inspection programs.
▸ Improve performance-based pipeline inspection programs.
▸ Achieve compliance mandates.

Pipelines can suffer many types of defects & deterioration throughout their service life. Over the engineered life of a pipeline these defects can cause damage or failure and so their effect on pipeline integrity must be assessed.

Leading pipeline integrated management strategies have been developed from fitness for services methods that utilize codes such as API 579/ASME FFS-1, ANSI/ASME B31 G, RSTRENG & DNV etc. such an integral part of pipeline integrity guidance documents such as API 1160, ASME 31.8S, & general industry best practice. In combination with our In-line inspection techniques, Pipeline resources division helps operators to implement cost-effective Pipeline integrity management systems while improving pipeline safety & reliability.

Our core services include:

▸ Materials interrogation & design review.
▸ Risk-based assessment.
▸ Risk based inspection program to reduce inspection & maintenance costs & improve pipeline
    reliability.
▸ Reliability management system.
▸ Engineering critical assessment / fitness-for-service assessment (API 579-1/FFS-1 & BS7910)
    & finite element analysis.
▸ Problem solving; solutions to problems, not just test results.
▸ Failure assessment & root cause analysis.

Through our global service network, we are able to provide high value asset management, structural integrity & fitness-for-services to transmission & transportation pipelines worldwide.

Condition Assessment, Fitness-For-Service And Residual Life Evaluation Studies For Static And Rotating Equipment

EIL has executed various projects for Oil & Gas industries which require the comprehensive assessment of their assets. EIL specialists use specific software to assess the Fitness-For-Service (as per API 579) and determine the remaining life of equipment. By utilizing the specialized and conventional inspection techniques as well as the inputs from world renowned associates, EIL have successfully carried out the condition assessment of the static & rotating equipment.
